Cancellation Policy — Smith Chiropractic & Wellness Center

We hold your appointment time for you alone, and we turn other people in pain away to keep it open. That’s why we ask for a full day’s notice, and why it’s the same for everyone.

The short version

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and there’s no charge. Inside 24 hours, a cancellation or a no-show is charged for the visit.

But you can almost always avoid the charge by moving instead of cancelling — as long as you stay on the same day. The next section is how.

Keep it the same day, keep your money

If something came up and you’re already inside the 24 hours, call or text us and ask about these. If one of them works, you’re not charged.

A different time today. Earlier or later the same day, with your own doctor.
The other doctor today. Dr. Smith and Dr. Anthony can cover for each other — if one of them has an opening that fits you, take it.
Switch to a massage today. A regular visit can become a 30-minute massage or longer. A new-patient visit can become a 60-minute massage or longer.
Moving a massage? Same day, on the same therapist’s schedule. You can go up to 15 minutes shorter — a 60 can become a 45. If you need to drop all the way to 30 minutes we’ll still do it, we just charge the difference, and we’ll tell you the number before we book it.

How to reach us

Inside the 24 hours, call or text (610) 678-8600. The online booking won’t let you cancel or reschedule that close in — that’s on purpose, so don’t count on doing it last-minute online. For anything further out than a day, go ahead and use online booking.

If nothing fits

Tell us anyway, as soon as you know. We’d rather hear from you than wonder, and knowing early lets us give the time to someone who’s hurting and waiting.
